Our new application kitchen is ready
Our new application kitchen at our Hamburg site is now up and running. Here we test our raw materials directly in application, develop formulations and show how our ingredients perform in different products.
For our customers, this means faster samples, well-founded technical advice and solutions we develop together with a practical focus.

Completion in Santa Rita, Kick-off in Caucaia
We are proud to announce the successful completion of our Santa Rita project, aimed at promoting sustainable development in the rural community of Santa Rita in Brazil’s Maranhão state – a region severely affected by poverty.
Together with our partners, we have secured access to clean water, established education and training programs, and strengthened local economic structures. This project has not only brought immediate improvements but also opened up long-term opportunities for development.
At the same time, we are pleased to launch our new project in Caucaia, once again working alongside the same committed partners. Here, too, we continue our efforts to foster sustainable rural development, with the goal of structurally improving the living conditions of disadvantaged communities. People remain at the heart of our approach – through targeted social, environmental, and economic measures.

C.E. Roeper at the MOPO Relay Run 2025
As in previous years, C.E. Roeper also took part in the MOPO Relay Run 2025 at Hamburg’s Stadtpark. In addition to the performance of the runners, the focus was on the shared experience.
Colleagues supported and cheered for the team along the course, turning the event into more than just a run. The relay provided a valuable opportunity for team-building and personal exchange outside of the daily work routine.
At the same time, we gathered for a barbecue during the run, combining the athletic effort with a relaxed get-together. The sunny evening created a pleasant atmosphere that rounded off the day and once again highlighted team spirit at Roeper.
Farewell Celebration for Rolf Pott – A Heartfelt Thank You and Best Wishes for Retirement
After more than five years as Head of the Financial Department, Rolf Pott retired at the beginning of July. We bid him farewell with a memorable celebration together with the entire Hamburg team at the Aumühle Railway Museum.
Amid the unique atmosphere of historic carriages, steam locomotives, and even a draisine ride, the event was not only a fitting send-off but also a wonderful reunion with colleagues from various departments – all there to thank Rolf for his dedication and commitment.
We look back with gratitude on our time together and wish Rolf all the very best for this new chapter in life. May retirement be just as exciting, fulfilling, and inspiring as the years he spent with us.
