Sourcing at the Origin
There are few countries we haven’t visited over the course of our company’s history. Roeper sources natural raw materials directly from their countries of origin – working with suppliers with whom we have built reliable partnerships over many years. To maintain these relationships and gain a deeper understanding of our raw materials, we regularly visit cultivation and harvesting sites and carry out on-site audits.
Our focus goes far beyond product quality alone. We aim to understand the cultural, climatic, and economic conditions in each location and integrate this knowledge into our work. This close connection to the source allows us to respond quickly to changes and develop tailored solutions for our customers.
Transportation, storage & logistics
From sourcing to delivery, we organise the transport of our products quickly, safely, and reliably. We are well aware that supply chains can be disrupted at any time by unforeseen events.
That’s why we rely on our own capacity: three warehouses at our Hamburg site – soon to be joined by a fourth – give us the flexibility to meet short-term demands and keep a wide range of standard grades available at all times. This ensures that we can continue to supply our customers reliably, even in challenging situations.
